eNSYNC Solutions IFS Enhancements

Credit Card Processing: Today taking credit cards for payments from customers is increasing in usage. eNSYNC Solutions developed an enhancement to the Customer Order Module that automatically links to Payfuse for on line authorization of the credit card. A very simple streamlined data entry screen in IFS makes it fast and easy for CSR’s to process orders on line.

UPS/FedEx Freight Rating: Customer Service Representatives and Shipping/Delivery personnel need to have accurate freight charges calculated automatically. Our Freight Rate extension to IFS takes into account Shipping Mode, Zip Code, Estimated Weight, Dimensional Weight and Actual Weight. Freight Weight hen automatically links to UPS or FedEx for shipping notification and tracking numbers, which are automatically loaded into IFS. Labels are generated with tracking numbers and bar code symbols. 

Time Reporting: Time reporting for Shop Orders and Projects can be cumbersome and time consuming. Now with streamlined data entry screens designed to run on industrially hardened devices such as office PC’s, Time Reporting can be efficient and accurate as well as real time. Customized for each client’s specific needs, we have used LOV data fields for operation codes, which defaults data fields for quantities and calculates the time duration between operations based on the company’s system clock.

Auto Faxing: As sophisticated as e-mail and EDI have become we still need to fax many orders, confirmations and shipping documents to customers.

We have integrated ActFax into IFS Applications to fully automate the faxing of any document within IFS. Many standardized interfaces and the support of all important printer emulations ensure seamless integration into Windows applications as well as applications running on different operating systems. Faxing from any standard application is as easy as printing. ActFax transfers the document to the fax server that automatically stores the fax and transmits it as fast as possible.
