FAQ & Help Q: I am
unable to connect to the eNSYNC
Web Conferencing Console/Login Page. A: The
eNSYNC Web Conferencing Console requires access to ports 7779 and 443. Please
check your firewall settings to make sure you can access our web site. If you
are unable to view this page, then your firewall is blocking the page. Please
check with your system administrator for additional help. Q: I
can see the eNSYNC Web Conferencing Console, but when I try to join the
conference the page keeps looping back. A:
Recent Microsoft Internet Explorer updates have turned pop-blocking on and
ActiveX controls off. A small eNSYNC Web Conferencing Console client needs to be
loaded onto your PC to join the conference. This software is downloaded through
a pop-up window running an ActiveX control. Please check your browser settings
to see if pop-ups and ActiveX controls are blocked. In some cases, you may be
able to download the software directly from our library
and skip this step. Please use this link
to download the client. Q: I still can't connect. What now? A: Please
follow this link to a web conference troubleshooting document. Many past issues
are answered there. System Requirements Platform—Windows
